No, I didn't do this on an oekaki board - I did it on MS Paint. Why? Because there was this art thread where people were posting drawings (the catch was they HAD to be drawn on MS Paint) so I thought I'd give it ago. As for the characters - they're completely random designs that I just plopped down as I was doing this.
