Precious Treasure

A project on dA and also my half of an Art Trade with a friend of mine onn dA.

This...took...HOURS *faints*

Anyways, about the picture: it was colored with colored pencils, which is becoming exceedingly rare in my gallery..
I originally had the Absol leaning against the Mightyena as they looked at the moon (view from behind), but it didn't work, so then I was going to the Mightyena looking at the moon with the Absol sleeping at his side (I kept that position), but the Mightyena looked weird in relation to the Absol, so I completely redrew him to look down over the Absol sleeping worrilessly at his side. Then I decided that a blanket would cover up the fact that I can't draw Absol-butt
The forest took forever as well! xD (I had mainly blunt pencils and didn't want to go upstairs to get my sharpener )
