Been playing Paper Mario 2 and Super Paper Mario again!
(I draw them off of Paper though)

Character in a story that''s been in my head since 4th or 5th grade. (4-5 years..wow..)

He actually is a minor character, but I''m still working out the kinks for the main character''s design, so you get him.
He''s an average Koopatrol in service of Bowser He''s easily excited and surprisingly fun-loving for a Koopatrol. [the stereotype being quiet, serious, no sense of humor] He loves to play tricks on others, though often those tricks are turned right back around. x3

Eh...I don''t know why I didn''t do lineart.. Probably mainly because this started as a random Koopatrol doodle. <.<
