This is just a random anime character, I think the name of Ophelia or Freya suits her the best. In this picture I was mostly working on the dress and it took me the whole evening to draw this, but I'm really proud of it! Well, maybe the boots could be better but don't judge me too strictly. Thanks! I also vote for Ophelia but I thought that she has something in common with Freya from Chobits, cause she also wears black and stuff, so I decided Freya to be a spare variant.
