OMIGOD!! So awesome (The pic and the Story) You should join this site ^-^ (Its my friends Death Note RP site) basicaly the site's plot is based about 5 years after the Kira case, crime rate has gone up because criminals no longer have a fear of being killed. Near has disapeared. A new Kira has shown up and is killing both innocent civillians and criminals~
