why she has a hard face to draw is because shes young but has an old lady face. haHA. i figured it out. XDDD lol but u did a good job.

To me this looks like a really incomplete piece. The hair has no texture, the face has little... I know you can do better :) The eyes however are really well done. Just work on her head/jaw shape a little more and it'll look a lot better.
