This is #3. Her name is actually Ann. It's really hard to draw whisters on a black cat, you know? Anyways, I like the position of the cat, it's just like "Hey, look at me!" Ann just woke up, so that's why her cheeks are slightly pink.

If you have trouble drawing whiskers on a black cat, go over them in black ink or a whiteout pen or white gel pen. That seems to work. Same commment about the arms. They whouldn't come out straight from the body and then down; they should be attatched. The arm on the right is better than the one on the left. The clothes again have flat lines which in turn makes your chars look a bit 2D-ish. Try round lines or even folds to fix this.
I like the grin on the cat. And the fuzzy scetchy look it has.
