The Band of Misfit Pirates

This is a group that I made up called The Band of Misfit Pirates. They each have a name, position, and problem. The captain you may recognize as María de la Neblina from the pic 'My alter-egos as CHIBIS!'

Here are the names, problems, and positions:
Guy in the ocean: Phil; doctor, keeps the crew together; always manages to get left behind.
Redhead: Sidhartha; cook; can't tell what's edible and what's not, way too into zen and karma and such.
Blondie: María de la Neblina (Mary of the Mist); captain; no leadership skills.
Girl in tree: Summer; lookout; daydreams all the time, never pays attention to reality.
Guy building sandcastle: El Hombre de la Arena (The Man of the Sand, Sandman); navigator; no sense of direction.
Girl with braids: Cassie; cabin girl; can't stand being told what to do.
Weird hair girl and guy: Jackie and Jacob (the twins); gun people; too much  like CapJack, aka rum!
Dragon:╓◙╝;a pigmy dragon, the captain's pet. She chose a dragon because too many captains choose monkeys or parrots for pets. She loves carrots.
