She's Navi, from the game "The legend of Zelda: Ocarina of time" (wich is one of my favorite games).
You must know that in the game a fairy is just a little shining ball, i think maybe she'd look like this XD
Also...i've noticed that a lot of people hates Navi...why???
I don't hate her, she might not be my fav character but i don't hate her

Interesting take on Navi. :D I think most people hate her as a combination of her high-pitched voice and her incessent annoying....HEY!! (bad Navi imitation)
You made her so pretty though. :] And very faerie like. The blue skin looks good on her. And the hair is wonderful, too.
