LEFT PAGE: I had an idea for this comic, well I guess I still do...but I can't get it to a point where I'm ready to do much work on it. But I draw the characters now and then. I felt like drawing the main character and his sidekick so these are some roughs for that. (I seem to have a thing for guys and animal sidekicks.) I chose the big sketch to do...but in hindsight, I like the side on walking sketch better.

RIGHT PAGE: Just a bunch of doodles. The anime stuff was from a cartoon I was watching. I can't remember the title, but I liked the way it was drawn, and I had my sketchbook near me so I copied down some of the faces I saw. For later reference. ;)

supergirlcomixMr Jackson! (har har) I love the doodle-ness. Your rock my sock G. Every little sketch has personality and it's own awesomeness. (You do pretty lovely at anime eyes Mine are pretty insane. ha ha <3) You are the awesomeness.

G76I liked that Mr.Jackson thing too. XD And the doodleness. Sometimes you can do something good in a doodle...and then it's hard to redo it properly. D: But your anime eyes are a lot better. I need a lot more practice.

Socks have been rocked. I am happy. =)

Trinity_FireYou take trains? I haven't taken a train since last last summer in China, but I love train rides. (maybe since I take them so infrequently)
But then again, mine are the kind with private rooms and bunk-beds. :] And grandparents that buy/bring and obscene amount of junk food.
And tunnels and mountainy trails. And...I'm rambling. *___*

G76Yeah, I take trains quite a lot. But city trains. It's just a 30 minute ride through suburbs and past beaches and all that. I haven't been on one of those cabin type trains for ages. With the restaurant part and beds. XD That'd be cool to do again, but it's more expensive to go on a train across Australia than it is to fly. O_o That's weird. But it'd be cool to do it somewhere that had some nice scenery, and not just sand and desert. =(

Trinity_FireBut sand and desert is kinda cool, too. We live in a hilly region, so it's just trees and hills and city-stuff, but we went out west once in the US, and the way it just stretched on and on forever.... *______* It was amazing, for someone like me. :]

G76It's probably that I've just seen a lot of it. I went across the country by bus once and all the sand did seem to go on forever. And so flat too. And then you'd see just a random kangaroo bouncing around and I'd wonder "Where the hell did he come from?"

But it was hot...and the toilet on the bus had a metal seat...so....ARRRGHHHH!

Trinity_FireLOL, haha... but... I haven't even ever seen a kangaroo in the wild. :(
That'd be cool. Though I figure for you guys, they're probably as common as deer. Or... roadkill, which is what we see more of. u___u;

G76Yeah, out in the bushy areas, there can be quite a lot of them. Now and then farmers are told to kill off some because there's too many. It's pretty common for people to be driving through the country and have a kangaroo hop out onto the road and nearly hit them. Or hit them and wreck the car.

Trinity_FireWooow, this is half a walk down nostalgia lane. XD
I really like the concepts on the left, though... the full-body pose looks amazing so me. I'm still amazed at how amazingly awesome your anatomy and everything is... and that robo dog is sooo cute~ XD (or is it a wombat?)

And the right side... cracked me up some. XD Nice, though~ your faces still blow my mind. D:
I can't believe you do all this whenever you get the time. You're seriously amazing. D8

G76A robo-wombat! =D I didn't think of that. *grabs sketchbook* I am sooooo stealing that idea. Or should it be a Wombot? XD That's a robot dog I drew. His name is Scraps. Because he was made from bits and pieces found in a junkyard.

Bus and train rides are boring. I need something to do...and drawing makes the time go quicker. ;)
