This would be me...in an RPG...holding my super final weapon. 8D

Final Fantasy XII now flows through my veins and interrupts my daily thoughts. "Maybe if I give them this accessory, and have this person heal...then I could beat that big @$$ monster" and "Hmm...I think I'll do this sidequest, and then do some levelling up before I continue onto the next bit of story" etc etc.

So of course...I had to put myself into an RPG.

I...I just had to.

punkiemonkieWow, so cool! I'm loving the belt, it's so intricate. ^^

G76Thanks a lot. ^_^ That belt seems to catch people's eyes. But I didn't really think it was that important. O_O I just kind of whacked it in there and then moved on to something else.

punkiemonkieYou're very welcome. ^^ The belt is so detailed, I think that's what caught my eye. Is that the actual size of the picture, or do you resize it?

G76 on March 15, 2008, 1:24:51 AM

G76It's pretty close to the actual size. I scan my drawings in at quite a large size, and then resize them back down. I generally try to resize them to the size they are on the page. Sometimes they're a little bit smaller, but not by much.

punkiemonkieYeah, that's what I do too. It's just so detailed that I thought maybe you drew it bigger and then resized it. It's those mechanical pencils, they help with detail. ^^

G76Absolutely. You can get some nice thin lines with mechanical pencils. Got for little details. ;) It feels strange using normal pencils now. I can't use them.

punkiemonkieHaha, I'm just the opposite, I've never been able to use mechanical pencils.

Colossus08If you're gonna put yourself into a game, FF VII or FF VIII are the ones to do! Well done, this is great work.

G76Thanks a lot. I would have to put myself in Final Fantasy VIII. For sure. I have very fond memories of playing through that game. I don't know if I've had the same experience with anything else.

G76Thanks. I do limbs thin generally. It's just the way I do it, but I'm trying to change that. Bulk things up a bit.

G76Thanks. I really wanted to try doing something different. Even more different than RPG style swords.
