Erm, no idea what the rating should be, but I think that's about right. Anyway, took me awhile to draw the dragon, I'm terrible at them. >< I have no idea what that blue stuff is supposed to be, I just added it in because I thought it would look cool. ^_^ I think it's supposed to be water though. Hope you like it.
