Taha *snort* I've been wanting to do a picture like this for weeks. It's so stupid that ... uh, it's stupid! lol<br />

So. I'm supposing you're NOT asking to yourself right now "What is Zim spying on?" but instead are asking "Why is the kangaroo wearing shoes?"<br />
Well........ I REALLY DON'T KNOW!!!! speculate all you want, but there is no true answer.<br />
As for what Zim is looking at...<br />
Dib. Yeah. Dib's in Austrailia. So Zim's spying on him. (inconspicuously)<br />

So I guess that about raps it up for the explanation.<br />
