This is my OC, Scissortail, he will appear later in my Ben 10 fic, Troubled Times.
Name: Scissortail
Race: Forfexxian Tieracoda
Planet: Forfexx
Powers: He has a very useful yet deadly, scissor-like formation at the end of his tail. If it's closed, it could be used as a mace to strike down enemies. If it's opened, it works like a scissor and cuts through almost any solid material. Because the rough conditions on his planet, he developed a natural armor, which covers most of his body. This armour resists extreme temperatures, fire, radiations, bullets and beam based weapons.
Weaknesses: Although he is very powerful, because of his natural armour this alien is quite slothful, especially on long distances. His reflexes aren't very sharp eighter. Scissortail's hearing is excellent, however his other senses are not, especially his sight.
