Cast or No Cast?

I have no clue, which is better? Having a cast and not playing the only sport I'm good at or not having a cast and playing Basketball the way the teacher says? The reason why I made this is because I've had a cast on my fractured left wrist for a month and a half. It's been annoying me like hell, but yesterday I got it off and have to go to the doctors again on Friday to see if it's properly healed. And yeah I got some wisdom out of having the cast... Never run when you're on the ground without shoes on or you'll fall and fracture or break your wrist or arm like I did. Trust me, don't ruin a month and a half like I did, it's annoying and you can't do anything active like you would.
