This design reminds me of a kitty I used to have named Vivi, cept he didnt have a tuft of fur on his head. xD

I love this! The bell is awesome. It also reminds me of a cat that used to roam around in my backyard. It had a little bell collar and the cat loved to go in our backyard at night. Well, three months later the cat had passed away, but its bells kept ringing. I swear, it was freaky.
