This is a drawing for tee cue's contest in the forums. If you don't know what that contest is, do something about it (that is, you know, if you want to).<br />

Hellboy wears shorts in the shower because he's insecure, just like in gym class.<br />
<br />
I read the story on which this is based and I am fully cognizant that he's not supposed to be happy, but who's not happy when they're getting nice and exfoliated with their own, quality, Wal*Mart loofah? Really, now.<br />
<br />
Also, for everything that is wrong with this picture, I at least had the decency of character to draw Hellboy's hair wet. I think that's the only good thing going for it.<br />

Final note: it's a joke. If I win by default (three winners are declared in this contest), it will be a sad, sad day in the business of fan art.

I love you, James.
I'm not very familiar with Hellboy, so, you know, i don't know anything about it. But, in any case, this is very endearing. It strikes me as a happy monkey-person, taking a shower.
And that makes me feel happy, too.
