That is so cute!!! Adorable outfit and hair, and I like the way you used darker versions of the colors you used for the actual coloring to do the outlines. That, the shape of it, and the soft colors make it look like some sweet little thing to put on the wall of a baby's room. Aw, I love the little heart at the top too, and the cotton candy looks so swirly and inviting! Also, that eye is so pretty, and I love the way you draw winking eyes too, all thick with the eyelashes.
