Description

Twister is a very recent fan character of mine. He was gifted the Air abilites so i thought it would be rather fitting to have him flying in the sky. The pose is based off of Goten on the front cover of DBZ: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 which i am addicted to playing on.

His abilities are:-
High Speed Flying
Creating Tornadoes
Minipulating the Air to his advantage
