Newest Team Member

Hi, everyone! It's been a while since I last submitted anything, but work and school are really taking a toll on me *sad face* ...

Anyway, my boyfriend got me Dragonball Z: Attack of the Saiyans for my DS and I absolutely love it! I had never played a turned-based RPG for more than 30 minutes, so the fact that I actually beat it must say how much I enjoy it, but just in case that's not enough, it also got me to want to draw DBZ again.

It's been quite some time since I last drew DB characters, and I really wanted to draw Goku, but when I finished the face, I though it looked a little more like Vegeta. The only problem is that I didn't want to work on just a generic-already-drawn Vegeta, so I came up with this little piece.

I love soccer, and since the World Cup is this year, I figured it'd be nice to celebrate it. He is wearing Mexico's official 2010 soccer uniform (though simplified a bit) for two reasons #1: it's my favorite team & #2: I still want to draw Goku, and I might put a soccer uniform on him too, so I'll save Brazil for him, since he's the one to beat (just like Brazil) and Mexico...well, let's just say Vegeta and them have a lot in common in terms of "one day I'll be better than you" ^-^U
