Lloyd the Terrible
Lloyd the Terrible
Lloyd the Terrible by GoldenRhydon
Description
Description
After Lloyd falls to the dark desians after their discreet resurrection, he is quickly appointed the chief's right-hand man after slaughtering Vaun (the chiefs previous desciple) and minipulating the remaining original desiann comittee to literally obliterate themselves. Kratos, heartfully hurt by this, seeks to confront Lloyd who has already taken over the private, peaceful flying city of Exire.

After seemingly worthless attempts to talk Lloyd out of choosing evil, Kratos has no choice but to try and use his angelic powers to force Lloyd to turn. However, his dark aura is already too strong for the light, and so he realises his father's trickery. He simply ignores it, but bursts into immediate battle with the angelic knight.

In the puring rain and crashing thunder, the two duke it out on one of the connecting walkways, both trying their hardest not to lose balance. The whole time Kratos tries to reach his son with words as he fought, but it only fed Lloyd's anger, pushing him to deliver even faster and more powerful attacks. For a while, it seems that Kratos is actually in over his head.

Inevitably, however, light DOES prevail over darkness, and Kratos sends Lloyd flying off the walkway and into the ocean with a blast of light so powerful that it could have actually drained the angel of all his life if it were any more focused.

Lloyd, having endured a severe burn from the light-power throughout most of his body, cannot do much as he helplessly floats to the icy shores of what once was Flanoir (one of Lloyd's armies destroyed it). For hours he lied there, barely holding onto life and being basically tortured by what seemed like eternal frostbite. Eventually, however, his chief (alright, let's just give him a name...Sebastian) just happened to come across his body after days of carrying out his own business in some ice caves. Immediately, he wrapped up Lloyd and placed him on the back of his Rheaird to head back to the new Desiann stronghold.

Lloyd recieved very extensive medical care for over 3 months. However, even though he was able to walk and talk again normally, his skin was damaged so badly that even a small tap would inflict serious pain on him.

Of course, Sebastian couldn't leave well enough alone. He had an extra, transparent skin molded onto him. He also gave him the armor of an old elven dark knight (as seen above) to wear as his main outfit as long as he was evil.

He also recieved extra sword and tacitcs training which made him an even more deadly warrior. With the power of darkness behind him and a new title, Lloyd would be known to all remaining people of Sylvarant and Tethe`alla as Lloyd the Terrible (or Chronin in my RPG).
