Shining Pinsir Card Promo

Here is the best of my Fake Pokemon Cards. The art is by me. And *sigh* I *AM* Jay L, so this is in fact my art lol. Card Description Below (events are based on card games me and friends had a while ago....a few years ago lol. Card was NOT actually printed and given out, but just for the fun...you know where this is going!): <br />

*Printed and given to Scott W. for winning the Superfighters Tournament in 2001. <br />

*First Shining Pokémon Promo designed by Jay L. Shining Pinsir is colored royal blue with platinum pincers. <br />
<br />
*Was orignally given in a glass and pewter plaque with "Winner of the 2001 Superfighters Tourney" on the bottom. <br />

And no, Pinsir is not screwed up in this pic. This is how the Pokémon in the 'shining' card look when scanned; only the Pokémon itself is holo, while the rest of the card is high-glossed.
