Once again, GreenNinja to the rescue! (I have MMAnniversary Collection, also I used to own that game on the NES many years ago.
He starts off opening his chest plate and shoots 2 or 3 Dive Missiles at you. They can home in on you, but it's best to stay put and shoot them since they'll go straight for you. When he's done shooting at you, he'll crouch as if to shoot again, but instead charge headfirst at you while spinning. He can only go left or right at ground level, strategy=jump. He'll stop wherever you were when he started charging. It's a good idea to slide away after he charges, since he'll use that attack once again sometimes. That's all he does: 1)shoot 2)charges at you
