Amok/Killroy

Amok was an Italian comic running 1946-1948, having some international success.

After his wife was kidnapped in the Burmese jungle by the villain Scorpio, Amok dawned a mask and armor and started fighting criminals in the jungle. He was aided by Kyo, a jungle panther, and the journalist Bill Davidson.

In Sweden the comic was so popular that new adventures was created for the Swedish market under the name Killroy when the original material ran out. This production continued until the 1970s.
