Dark Side of the Moon

Pink Floyd is one of my favorite bands of all time, but for the longest time I knew absolutely nothing about them as people, just that I like their music (such is the case with all the music I like, really).
For a final project, I did a bit of research into the band and learned the sad, sad story of Syd Barrett and how his bandmembers abandoned him when he went insane.
Later, they made a few tributes to him because they always felt horrible about what happened... Dark Side of the Moon is one of those tributes.

I went with that theme for this piece, and tied it all together with the iconic prism image.
The original looks better, the rainbow looks slightly brighter and the background is more violet than blue.
