Pretty much, this is if ever Harra transformed into a Magical Girl of sorts ((not likely to happen anytime soon, however.))
Her scarf lengthens.
She gets a gem on her forehead with a pair of golden braids holding it up.
Her cloak loses its tatters and the cloak collar gains height.
Aaand her dress gains a slit up the side. Also fits her a little better.
