Random bad guy lol

This is one of my characters that i draw often his name is Train. Hes a bad guy of course you can kind of tell by his outfit lol. I actually used water color pencils this time and blended them with a prismcolor brand (clear coat mixer pencil)
It blended the colors very well and made my drawing look less scratchy. ^_^
