The Kiss At~Last

it's not a romance though....not until later :) Its very much a story on basic good vs evil stuff...very interesting and twisted :) Somewhat mystery is put into it too...now if I could just finish it! :)

Oh thank you. The man is the Vampire. His name is Michael Collin Berunder, but he goes by Collin in his new form of life. The young woman is Lillian Kristine Sanders. This scene doesn't happen until the end of the story.

The story is of a vampire Michael Collin who is out for revenge for the death of his family centuries ago. The target is a difficult subject with many connections because of it's maker. The target unfortunatley is his own brother.

On a search near Chicago Michael runs into his brother while on a hunt. Things are going as planned until his brother runs into a young woman taking a liesure walk. Lillian. This had never happend before, to have caught his brother on a hunt. Thinking he could use it as an opportunity he comes between his brother and his prey. The girl becomes seriously injured. Haunted by his past, along with his unbreakable human emotions he allows to still linger, he has to sacrifice finally capturing his brother, for saving the life of a beautiful stranger.

What he had not thought into, was the responsibility of her life, and how his brother has never lost his prey before. This makes Lillian a prime target, and the only thing between her and death is her guardian of the night...Michael.
