Jack Spicer (Xiaolin Showdown, Chase's fan), Pipin (Magical Play, Nononon's fan-ish), Excel Excel (Excel Saga, Ilpallazzo's fan/one-sided crush), Kaorin (Azumanga Daioh, Sakaki-san's fan)
They all have a somewhat similar relationship with their idols: Their idols are either completely oblivious to them or they don't want the fans around.
Heee. Jack has a Chase-tattoo. I'm weird. This pic in my opinion: I could've done better.
