Yeah, I like drawing the 4 Queens (Spades, Diamonds, Hearts, Clubs). It started as just drawing the Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland and it branched out into the other 3 suits. I like to imagine that all of them grew up together (they have to keep an eye on each other's kingdoms just in case...) or something along those lines. *shrug*
This is Spade. Not really a queen yet, but, obviously, I see her as the more "energetic" one. I have no idea why she's running around with a shovel. Shovels are kind of like spades, right? I guess that was what I was thinking at the time I drew this (a few months ago). Just a quick doodle of her.

Heh, I don't think she's all there. She probably has no idea why she's running around with a shovel either. XP
Her energy drives the other Queens crazy when they try to keep up with her.

Anyhow, aside from all the craziness, it's a beautiful drawing. I would like to see one of her from the front just standing so I can get a better look at her outfit and see where the spade motifs are. I can tell there are a couple on her knees and maybe one on her chest...anyway, great drawing. You made me smile today. You may have a cookie as a reward (hands over a snickerdoodle).
