Pretty good stuff!I like the shading on the face and the way you did the hair. I think the nostril line could be extended a bit farther in to the point of the nose, though.

Hey, that's actually really great! I can't draw humans even if my life depended on it; I only draw animals, and Sonic. I like how you did the eyes, and the whole facial structure. ^_^ ~Speedy~
