i'll have to admitt, it has better detail then the other ones, but i dont think there are raindrops underwater. im not trying to pic on you just trying to give you some tips on what to do better next time, and again you need more detailing

it just has the option to add the raindrops with the program i used (Jasc Paintshop pro 9)

Benk you soft? HAHA child...love the raindrops too and would everyone shut up...i'm your art is not perfect either if i look at my art i can find over a hundred mistakes but oh well every artist is different except for benk, the child, which has no art here what so ever.. just a big mouth
