Rough Design for Avian Man

Another one of my fan-made Robot Masters. He isn't in Steam Man and Coal Man's group of eight, though. Yep, I have a second group of Robots going too.

And just kind of went from there. I quite like his design. [:

He is a Robot Master watching over the Weather Control Center in the sky, but after Wily broad-casted his claim to attempt to "save" the environment, Avian Man turned and allowed Wily's Robots into the center and chased off the workers. Avian Man now uses the center to try and seize cities. His weapon is the Laser Arrow, which he can control its arc to go upwards or downwards.
