A bit of a silly idea for a Pokemon, but heh, there it is.

It does introduce something I've thought about: Gender-specific abilities. Not sure what to do with it beyond this Pokemon but I'll see what happens.

Other new stuff would be the ability Thin Coat, which will have the females of this Pokemon lose their wool after getting hit with a physical move, kind of like Hairy Bulborbs from Pikmin 2. Not sure if this is within Pokemon style, but an advanced physic to this ability would be that getting Burned would also trigger the ability, and then gets rid of the burn. Anyway, what happens after it loses its wool is that in its wool-less form, its Attack and Speed base stat both go up by 20, but its Defense base stat goes down by 20 as well.

And then the move Puff Up, which increases the Pokemon's Defense and Special Defense stats by a stage, as well as lowering the opponent's Attack by a stage in intimidation. I kind of had the idea of those animals that make themselves appear larger to scare off predators. I figured it could work with a cotton ball of a Pokemon like this too.
