Finally, the second starter to my fangen.
Yeah, I know it looks a lot like shinx, but I've had this design in mind before I was even aware of shinx's existence. I've tried to tweak it to look at least a bit different though, but I really didn't want to pull off a complete redesign. Trust me though, the later evolutions look pretty different from Luxio and Luxray.
