Foongus!
I didn't think much of this Pokemon at first but now I think it's sort of cute. :D A lot more appealing than Voltorb, at least.
My headcanon with this guy is messed up, haha. I personally like to think the Pokeball's design is based off of Foongus' head-stool, but its Pokedex entry somewhat implies otherwise. :B Oh well.
