Anyways, this is the final version of my WIP I submitted earlier xD <3 Igglybuff <3<3

The coloring is all strange O= Pink..weird.
But at least I finally spend some LONG time on Photoshop again xD

I have Photoshop 7.0, it's an old one O= You can get a free trial version on internet, but I wouldn't know where ^^;
