Yay for Luigi! He's been my favorite character since I first played as him in Mario Kart 64. Now I play as him in every Mario party game (as well as Brawl).Its a tiny picture, but let me see what I can say about it. It looks digital, but the background looks colored-pencil.You have a nice facial proportions and making his left eye thinner then his right gives the illusion of the 3 quarter view. Seems fine for the style.
90/100 quality.
Be better with a larger image.
