Friends for life

This was done on both Photoshop and Paint...and since it was my first time using it, I didn't know how to draw in Photoshop without a line too. Lol.

The story behind the pic:

While on break during training, Riley was making his usual rounds when he saw a small Irken female struggling with a guard. Apparently, she had done something to cause the guard to grab her. Riley inquired to why she had been caught, and the guard said that she had broken into the Food Storage Room and took several of the snacks inside. Not only that, but she was also planning to escape to Irk's surface after hearing about another Irken who had done it and lived (A.K.A: Zim). Her punishment would have been the death sentence had Riley not offered to watch her and make sure she'd never do it again. He just couldn't see a Smeet so young be sent to her death when he could have done something to prevent it. Finally, after a long dispute between the guard and himself, Riley was permitted to take her in so to speak. However, he was warned that if she did anything like that again, he would be the one held responsible, yet he agreed nonetheless. He later learned that her name was Tay and her main reason for trying to escape was that she had not been able to befriend anyone in the academy, among other things. The two grew on each other, and before long they became inseparable.

Hehe, I thought of the story as I was drawing this!
