Sage

Sage: Oh my gosh, you guys look just like me!

This be an old pic I drew back in '05 in my school agenda. The scanner murdered this more than usual because this was drawn during my pre-sharpie days. You'll notice how beautiful the floor and walls are compared to everything else. Yeah, I cleaned those up a ton....I pry wouldn't have bothered if there weren't things written in pen on the walls...it twas messy. Lol.

This was based off one of my "head stories" that I may or may not write one day. I don't want to say so much about it case I do end up writing it. I'm sure you know that when Sage says 'OMG, you look like me!", it means she's never seen another Irken before. Up until this point, she didn't even know why she looked different from everyone. The couple that adopted her as a Smeet always told her she was just special. And so they tried to raise her as an ordinary human, which proved difficult throughout the years. They named her Madaline (Maddie for short), though she finds out her real name is Sage. She did make a best friend named Carla who has allergies and an overprotective mother. Prior to being in Dana's base, Sage and Carla were walking home when they noticed the new house across from Zim's and Sage wanted to see who lived there.

So then they knocked and were invited in and stuff. Eventually Sage was offered a glass of water (her parents never gave her water since they found out early on that that wasn't a good idea) and spit it out immediately since her throat was starting to burn. Dana noticed this and wondered if Sage was Irken. She, Meania, and Lexia took her aside and asked her stuff. When Dana realized she had to be Irken, she told Carla that they were playing hide 'n seek and she was It. That's when the others unveiled their disguises, Sage following after. She later told Carla that she was Irken.

Of course if I were to write the real deal, you'd know why Sage got on Earth in the first place and all those other juicy parts I left out.

P.S: The idea for this story came from listening to the Tarzan CD while riding the bus. I told myself I wouldn't start imagining the Sage thing because it'd be somewhat cliched, but I couldn't resist. <3
