Lard Nar: And that's Vort right up there. This is the only time you can see it from here. The glowing comes from a neighboring sun.
He then goes on to explain how the Vortian sun takes 5 years to travel to Vort. It's considered more of a neighboring sun because it only hangs around Vort for a few months. It is also known as The Traveling Sun on different planets.
He doesn't realize that Tak isn't really paying attention because she's too busy looking at him. XD
I'm not too sure where they are exactly. Even though I originally had them on Earth in my mind, I guess they can be anywhere really.
Self-Critique
I adore this picture. It was sitting in my sketchbook, uncolored for who knows how long. I finally started coloring it a while ago, and I'm pleased with how it came out. My scanner messed with it a little, but I still love the sunset and the coloring. I hope you like it too.
