Meania and the Thing

This is a pic I drew 2 months ago. I finally felt like coloring a month. Nothing too special about it, except it's the first time I've actually drawn Meania being chased by something, which happens a lot to her. Until now, it's always been in written form. Meania, Dana, and Lexia would always find themselves in strange situations on weird planets just 'cause they like going places. And Meania's the one that always needs some kind of saving. I couldn't tell you what that alien creature's supposed to be since I have no idea. It almost looks like a flying Goomba, haha! I just now thought of that. XP

Self-Critique

It's amazing. I've actually made the grass a different color than green. I tried to make it look like some random planet, and I think I did an ok job. The scanner completely murdered my lovely sky so I chose to do the ol' copy/paste to that part of the background. I think it looks better that way. And I like the rocks. The running pose isn't perfect, but I tried. :)
