I'm not sure how I thought of them going to a carnival for their date, but I wanted to make it more challenging than putting them in a restaurant since I've done that before. This was really fun to draw and color. ^^

Self-Critique

Firstly, I'd like to say that my scanner does not do this picture justice. It hates bright colors and I used those throughout this whole thing. I worked hard on this and I don't know how many times I re-colored everything...all I know is that I had to take tons of breaks from this pic so my wrist wouldn't fall off (it was so worth it though ^^), so I'm upset that the scanned version's quality is subpar to the original. Either way, I'm very proud of it. My favorite scene is defintely the teacup one. I personally avoid riding those things, but I love the actiony-ness of the scene. I love the colors the most. I'm not too fond of the mirror scene, but I like Dib's expression. The vending machine has issues because I've never drawn one before. It has yummy food though. ^^
