Charlie's A Softy

IT'S PLUSHIE CHARLIE!!!!! 8D

As one of my sister's Christmas presents, I decided to make a plush of Charlie for her. This was back when we first really got obsessed with the Squad, lol. I hadn't even drawn that many pics of them yet! Heh...

It basically took me the whole month of December to finish this, and I'm suprised he's not diseased because I got sick halfway through and kept coughing on him. XD

That...and I pretty much hate sewing. It was very frustrating and fun-like at the same time. I was sad when I had to give him up, but Jess loves him to no end (unlike the Dib plush I made years ago...she keeps THAT abomination far away from her bed :lol:), and I occasionally steal him so he can hang out with me. He's Zim's buddy because he's the only other Irken around. It's so sad! XD

Self-Critique

I'm quite proud of this. In comparison to the Dib plush, Charlie is the best plush in existence. And he isn't stuffed with rice. Charlie is full of squishy polyester, making him oh-so squishy!!! I'm not fond of the back of him and his antennas and legs are a nightmare. Those were the hardest things to make. I think I remade the feet 4 or 5 times. >< I luff him though. ^_^

After the mini-Zim I'm "currently" working on is finished, I plan on making a Graze plush before attempting other Squad members. I might make Almond after him and then Ted. :D
