For those of you who have no idea who this is (which is...probably everyone reading this), it's Ronald McDonald's creepy dog, Sundae. :)
He only appeared in the Klasky-Csupo (creators of Rugrats) animated series 'The Wacky Adventures of Ronald McDonald' in both puppet and cartoon form.
I think he's adorable. o:
