how I made the generator Rex T-shirt

Description

I like to see how things were made so I made this little picture story showing how I made the generator rex shirt, for others who like to see how things are made, or to give others inspiration who might want to make their own fan art shirt.

I don't recommend the Bic permanent markers I used. they were not colorfast.

Do those markers resist washing ?

Not Completely. I would not use them again for this purpose. Recently I have been using fabric paint and markers made specifically for fabric on this sort of things.

We have decal templates for T-Shirts available in Europe, though I've never checked their resistance against washing.

Very nice and comprehensive tutorial.

BTW, the BIC permanent markers that you used are not meant to be used on fabrics.
This is the reason why you might have experiment some kind of problems.

Thanks. Yeah, now days I use fabric paint and markers made for fabric, but I was just figuring out how to do it at that time. It was fun. And it still looks good enough to wear for a pajama shirt which is what we use it for.
