I made this after reading some of the Chibi themed fanfics on Whofic, I gotta say my favorite part are the eyes. Please comment, Did this with a number two pencil, a pen, and a few colored pencils.

i think subtrack wings and you have ethe perfect docter (cause he has no wings)

although i love the wings too. but not on the docter

Yeah, they aren't so great on the Doctor, but I wanted a refrence to his nick name so. . .
