I'm still messing around with my character Jay (up-dating her and all that). She won't look like this for long, it doesn't suit her at all. But I thought in the meantime I'll draw her as Eevee again ^^

Why indeed, perhaps she forgot to put them on? Maybe the artist who drew her was lazy and decided to not draw them? Who knows.
