he's smirking at a vampire hunter, this is what they're saying:

hunter: I'll drive this stake so deep, your heart will turn to ash before you realize you're dead!
aiden: *smirking* Heart? What heart?!

he says this because, his creator (an evil cruel alchemist) took out his heart to see the effects of a heartless Angel-vampire. Yeah. didn't go over so well. He went from a cute little Lolita-dressed boy, to a vicious blood thirsty monster.

Killed his creator and went after Lee. (his half sister who was born, not created)
