My character Retro. Done in ms paint. And wow. I did not know you could use the bendy line thinger like this. srsly. none of this is freehand. XD except that thing on the heal. it's not a skate, but just a heal in the shape of a ring.
Took about 40 mins to do this. Adding on the hair and fixing other details.
